Renal Diabetes

A specialised renal Diabetes clinic (link to AD) co-ordinated with the renowned West London Renal and Transplant Centre (Dr Frankel) takes place at Hammersmith Hospital. Within this service there is also a specialist diabetic renal nurse - Jo Reed.
