Complex Type 2 Diabetes

Most type 2 diabetic patient have their annual reviews in primary care. We support general practice in this role. We retain a specialist type 2 service at Hammersmith Hospital (link to AD) and at St Mary’s Hospital (link to JV, SR, MY, DG) which reviews patients with significant complication co-morbiditites and patients in which urgent Diabetes intervention is required.
